Wine Secretaire
It's an "extract" from my cellar that has been brought back to our kitchen, to our living room, where we are used to opening the good bottles. Each of us has his or her own experience as a taster, whether novice or experienced, his or her own memories, or the opinions of certified oenologists, but we all end up with the bottles "on trial" around the Wine Secretaire.
