General conditions of sale

The company ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN is a SAS with a capital of 10 000€, registered at the RCS of Beauvais under the number RC 887 617 454, whose head office is located at 3 Place de l’Usine 60120 Bonneuil-les-Eaux France and offers for sale its products on the website www.architectureinterieureduvin.

The products purchased via the site are sold to non-trading individuals.

1. Acceptance of conditions

The general terms and conditions of sale applicable are those in force at the date of the order. The Customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of the special terms and conditions of sale at the time of placing the order and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation. The validation of the General Sales Conditions (payment and sending of an order confirmation to the Customer) is proof of the conclusion of a contract between the company ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN and the Customer.

2. Products

The products which are put on sale on the site are available. However, if, exceptionally, the ordered product becomes unavailable after the validation of the order, the Customer is informed by e-mail at the latest five (5) working days after validation of the order.

The photographs illustrating the products have no contractual value, but are, in terms of form and color, the most faithful reproduction possible, which the Customer is invited to consult. If errors are introduced, in no case the responsibility of ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN can be engaged.

3. Prices

The prices indicated on the site are indicated in Euros “all taxes included”, excluding delivery costs.

The Value Added Tax is the one in force on the French metropolitan territory on the day of the order.

The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the order; the final price being that established at the time of the order confirmation sent by ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN to the Customer.

Delivery costs are excluded from the prices indicated, unless otherwise specified. The amount of the transport costs is communicated to the Customer as he purchases, and on his order confirmation.

The calculation of the amount of the transport costs may require a processing time that ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN will try to shorten; the communication of this amount will be made within a reasonable time to the Customer.

Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are invoiced in addition to the sales price of the Products.

4. Order

From the home page of the ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN site, the Customer can consult the digital version of the catalog and browse through the products on the pages of the site.

The Customer chooses the item he/she wishes to purchase and clicks on the “Add to cart” icon. In this way, the Customer adds the item to his/her Shopping Cart.

The Customer can either continue shopping or check the contents of his basket at any time by clicking on the “Cart” icon. If the Customer has finished shopping and wants to conclude his purchases, he clicks on “Continue my order” and follows the instructions that lead him from the Shopping Cart to the Payment Confirmation.

ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN confirms the acceptance of its order to the Customer at the e-mail address that the latter will have communicated. The sale will be concluded only as from the confirmation of order.

The price due by the Customer is the amount indicated on the confirmation of order of which the Customer took note.

ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order (abnormal or abusive claims, abnormal or abusive exchanges and returns).

The information given by the Customer when placing an order is binding on the Customer: in the event of an error in the recipient’s contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

5. Payment

The price invoiced to the Customer is the one indicated on the order confirmation sent to the Customer. The price of the products is payable cash on the day of the order.

ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN only accepts payments by credit card (VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, AMEX), Paypal and bank transfers.

The amount of the invoice is debited from the Customer’s bank account on the date the products are sent. In case of partial delivery, only the amount of the products delivered will be debited.

6. Delivery

For security reasons, the order holder must be the credit card holder. Upon request, products can be shipped to another address.

The method of delivery in France used by ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN is generally carried out by a designated carrier.

The parcel is delivered against the customer’s signature. The delivery time is 4 to 5 days for metropolitan France.

The Team ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN sends an email to the Customer as soon as the order is shipped, with a delivery number of the order so that the Customer can follow the progress of the order.

ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN’s products meet specific specifications that lead to the use of different types of transport providers, examined on a case-by-case basis. The Customer is informed of this during the “Delivery” stage of the purchasing process, or by ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN after the purchase when monitoring the delivery aspects.

For deliveries outside of Metropolitan France, the Customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the import of the products, customs duty, value added tax, and all taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received.

If the Customer has not received his order within 10 working days, ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN recommends that he contact customer service as soon as possible using the contact form for “Individuals” in the “Contact” section. In this way, the ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN sales team can check the status of the order and carry out precise research with the delivery person.

Orders placed on on Fridays from 1pm, Saturdays or Sundays are processed on the following Monday, if possible. Orders placed on a public holiday are processed on the next working day, if possible.

Shipments are suspended on Saturdays and Sundays, holidays and during weeks 31, 32, 33 and 52. Orders received during these periods are shipped on the next business day, whenever possible.

Any delays in delivery do not entitle the Customer to claim damages.

Delivery may not be assured in the event of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the French Courts. The following are considered as cases of force majeure discharging the Seller from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied.

ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disturbances attributable to the carrier.

7. Receipt of the order

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place as soon as the products are handed over to the carrier.

The carrier must contact the Customer in advance to arrange a delivery date at the Customer’s convenience.

The delivery note given by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery of the products shall constitute proof of transport and delivery.

Once the order is received, the Customer is invited to check that the number of products corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying document, that the packages are whole, undamaged and well preserved.

In the event that any of these circumstances occur, the Customer must immediately contest the delivery to the deliverer and ask to sign with reservation, indicating on the transport document the words “I accept with reservation because …” (for example: “damaged packaging”), signing the document and asking the deliverer to countersign it. This procedure is necessary to obtain the responsibility of the deliverer for any damage caused by transport.

These reservations must be confirmed with the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 (three) days after delivery of the products.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of return within 14 days of receipt of his order to return, at his own expense and risk, the Product(s) he ordered to the following address :




To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must send his request by email to the following address: mentioning in the subject “Request for return”.

If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.
The Customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must return the Products at his own expense and risk within 14 days following the communication of his decision to withdraw, in their original packaging, complete and new.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, will not be accepted.

Then, ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN answers the Customer within 48 working hours by communicating a return number to be transferred on the order.

The Customer must attach to his order the Delivery Note provided at the time of delivery. Without this voucher, the return will not be considered.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, with their possible labels and accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not be used or damaged.

It is necessary to put the original box containing the goods in a specially designed packaging to protect the original material from any damage, inscription, or alteration. ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN reserves the right to refuse the goods and to charge the shipping costs to the Customer.

Exclusions: In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the specifications of the Customer or clearly personalized or which, because of their nature, cannot be reshipped.

In any event, any returned Product shall be subject to verification by the Seller who shall be entitled to refuse to refund the Product if it appears that the Product is damaged, has been used by the Customer, or is no longer marketable for any reason whatsoever.


The refund of the Customer by the Vendor shall take place within 14 days following the date on which the Vendor has received the Products back from the Customer.

The refund will be made with the same means of payment used by the latter.

9. Privacy and personal data

Personal information is processed by ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN for the purpose of managing the customer relationship.

The personal data collected in this way are subject to processing for which ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN is responsible. These data are collected within the framework of the execution of the contract and are necessary for the supply of the products.

They are intended for ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN, as well as for the external service providers that the person in charge of processing calls upon (in particular the carrier). They will be kept for the duration of the contract, up to five years after its execution.

In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data (Act No. 78-17 relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD) No. (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016), the Customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of processing, deletion and portability of his data.

In case of difficulty in connection with the management of your personal data, the Customer may file a complaint with the CNIL or any other competent authority.

10. Mediation

The Customer may have recourse to conventional mediation, in particular with the Commission for Consumer Mediation or with existing sectoral mediation bodies (, or to any alternative dispute resolution method (conciliation, for example) in the event of a dispute.

11. Litigation

This contract is subject to French law. In case of dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, the dispute will be dealt with before the court chosen by the Customer, i.e. the place of delivery of the products.

ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material or immaterial, which could result from the malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The responsibility of ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN is limited to the amount of the order.


12. Guarantees

The legal guarantee obliges the professional seller to guarantee the Customer against all the consequences of the hidden defects of the sold thing.

ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN is the guarantor of the conformity of the goods to the contract, allowing the Customer to make a request under the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code or the guarantee of defects of the thing sold as defined in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by abnormal or faulty use or resulting from a cause unrelated to the intrinsic qualities of the products.

In case of implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity, it is recalled that :

– the Customer has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to act,
– the Customer may choose between repairing or replacing the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 217-17 of the Consumer Code.

This clause is only applicable in the case of full payment of the order.

The Customer is invited to contact the customer service of ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN SAS who will indicate the procedure to follow to return the product.

No return will be accepted without a prior agreement materialized by the issuance of a number and a return agreement form. This agreement of return is valid during a duration of eight (8) wrought days.

Please refer to article 8 on the conditions of return of the product. 13. Intellectual Property

The site is the property of ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN SAS in its entirety, of the rights pertaining to it, as well as of the right to distribute the elements appearing in the catalog of the electronic store, and in particular the photographs for which it obtained the authorizations of the persons concerned.

The partial or total reproduction, on some support that it is, of the elements composing the site and the catalog, their use as well as their provision are formally prohibited.
